Session Rates
Unless otherwise determined by agreement with therapist, my out-of-pocket session rate for a 50-55 minute session is $120.
Cancellation Policy
The late cancellation and missed appointment fee is $75, and this can be waived at the discretion of your provider due to emergencies and/or crisis.
Payment Options
I accept all major credit cards. A card on file is required for billing purposes.
When Payment is Due
Fees are due at the time of your appointment. If you would like a receipt, I’m happy to provide one. Receipts can be sent electronically through the patient portal.
