Unless otherwise determined by agreement with therapist, my out-of-pocket session rate for a 50-55 minute session is $120.
The late cancellation and missed appointment fee is $75, and this can be waived at the discretion of your provider due to emergencies and/or crisis.
I accept all major credit cards. A card on file is required for billing purposes.
Fees are due at the time of your appointment. If you would like a receipt, I’m happy to provide one. Receipts can be sent electronically through the patient portal.
I am a private-pay provider, which means that no diagnosis is required to use my services, and there are no insurance limits on your care. As such, I am able to provide therapy on a sliding scale and at affordable rates. I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement upon request.
You are protected from surprise or balance billing for out‑of‑network services. You are never required to waive these protections. This practice does not use balance billing and will always provide transparent fee information. You may request a written Good Faith Estimate at any time.
I do offer a sliding scale to help make therapy more accessible for those who qualify based on Arizona income guidelines.
